The controller of your personal data is Brasserie Signature (“Brasserie Signature”, “we”). Brasserie Signature is a SPRL, incorporated under Belgian law, whose registered office is located at Place Jourdan 52 – B1040 Etterbeek, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0456.634.923.

The processing of your personal data

Respecting your privacy is a priority for Brasserie Signature. We are aware of and attentive to your right to be informed about the way in which data and information that may identify you personally, such as your surname, first name, address, date of birth, telephone numbers, email address, etc. (“your Data”), which may be collected when you visit our website (including our mobile applications) or use our services, are processed.

This Privacy Policy explains how we use your Data and the measures we take to preserve its confidentiality and security.

The Data to which we have access may be collected in two ways: either those that you communicate to us voluntarily, or by regulated access to authentic public sources (such as the ECB via https://kbopub.economie.fgov.be/kbopub/zoeknummerform.html?lang=fr, or come from your website, or via the order form when making a purchase on our site.

The purposes of processing your data

Brasserie Signature collects and processes your data only for specific and limited purposes aimed at enabling the sale and delivery of items ordered on the website www.brasseriesignature.be (future service to come).

Duration of storage of your data

Brasserie Signature only stores your data for the time reasonably necessary for the purposes pursued and in accordance with legal requirements.

Communication of your data

Data may be transmitted to (subcontractors, persons) who act in our name or on our behalf, for processing in accordance with the purposes for which they were collected (for example, printing invoices).

Brasserie Signature ensures that subcontractors guarantee the same level of protection as itself and Brasserie Signature requires a contractual guarantee that these subcontractors will process your data exclusively for the authorized purpose, with the required discretion and security. In the case of Brasserie Signature, this does not imply any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. 

Right of access, rectification and opposition

Brasserie Signature makes it a point of honour that you retain control over your data. This is why you can correct, complete or delete the data that you have communicated to us at any time.

In accordance with the law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and EU Regulation 2016/679 from its application on 25 May 2018, you have the right to access your data, update it, correct it or delete it.

You can of course send us your signed request in writing and attach a scanned copy of your identity card to the following address: Brasserie Signature – Place Jourdan 52 – B1040 Etterbeek. By clearly specifying the subject of your request.

Security and confidentiality of your data

Access to your data is limited to our employees who need to know them and who observe strict confidentiality standards in the processing of your data.

To guarantee the security and confidentiality of your collected data, we have implemented the highest security standards and we only work with subcontractors who are also subject to them.

Transfer of your data abroad

Brasserie Signature never transfers your data outside the European Union, to a country that does not ensure an adequate level of data protection, within the meaning of the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and EU Regulation 2016/679 from its application on 25 May 2018.

Sending advertising by e-mail and SMS

Brasserie Signature does not advertise by SMS. Subscribing to the newsletter remains a deliberate choice of the Internet user who accepts the said conditions. The Internet user can request to unsubscribe at any time by email or by the unsubscribe link indicated in the newsletter.

Hypertext links to other websites

Our websites may contain hypertext links to other websites that are neither operated nor controlled by Brasserie Signature.

Consequently, Brasserie Signature cannot be held responsible for the content of such websites, nor for the data protection practices of third parties who operate them and which may differ from ours. 

Modification of the privacy charter

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Charter in order to comply with the privacy protection legislation in force or to adapt it to our practices.

We therefore invite you to consult it regularly to be aware of any changes. The new versions will be downloaded on our website, by updating the date appearing in its last paragraph.

We will not make any changes that would reduce the level of protection of your rights, as guaranteed in this Privacy Policy, without obtaining your prior consent.
